Privacy Policy

This is the formal notice. The warm, plain-English version lives in the Trust Charter. Where the two ever read differently, the Charter is what Krewva means — this page is here to say it the way the law expects.

Who Krewva is
Krewva is made by Wuvov Inc., a Delaware corporation. When this page says “Krewva,” it means the product. When it says “you,” it means the person whose accounts Krewva works with.
What Krewva collects
Only what Krewva needs to do the job, and only from the accounts you connect:
- The messages, threads, and calendar entries in the accounts you choose to connect — read to draft your replies and track what you’ve promised.
- What Krewva learns about your life from them: the people who matter, how you talk to each of them, the things you said you’d do.
- Your account basics — your email, and the settings and approvals you give Krewva.
Krewva doesn’t collect anything to track you across the web. No health, financial, or browsing-history collection for advertising.
Why Krewva uses it
To do the one thing Krewva is for: see across the apps you already use, draft replies in your voice, catch what’s about to slip, and keep you in control of all of it. If you turn on AI drafts, Krewva sends a snippet of the relevant conversation to a third-party AI provider(a U.S. provider with a no-training agreement) to generate the draft. Krewva redacts identifying details before sending. It doesn’t sell what it reads.
How long Krewva keeps it
Cached messages are held on a rolling inactivity schedule — 30 days on the free plan, 90 days on Pro, 365 days on Business — then purged automatically. What Krewva has learned about your life and your promises stays only as long as you want it to. When you leave, everything goes within 24 hours, except the few records the law requires Krewva to keep.
How Krewva protects it
Your connected-account credentials are encrypted at rest with keys managed by AWS KMS. Krewva works with your own accounts, the way you would, with your consent. The Trust Charter spells out what happens if Krewva ever fails you, and how fast it’ll tell you.
Your rights
You can see everything Krewva keeps, correct anything that’s wrong, export all of it as a file you own, and delete it — each in one tap, inside the app. Depending on where you live, the law may name these the rights to access, correct, delete, and carry your data. They’re built in, for everyone, wherever you are.
Children
Krewva isn’t for children. Anything involving a child requires verified consent from a parent or guardian.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes in a way that matters, Krewva will tell you before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
